# Stobox > Stobox · Intelligence and Tokenization of Real-World Assets. Flat fees, never a percentage of the raise. Three products against one problem. Intelligence turns a company into one canonical, verifiable record and scores it. Raisable turns that record into a regulated offering, prepared by specialists and sold through licensed broker-dealer partners. Compass issues the token, permissioned, with the compliance enforced by the asset itself. Fees are published and flat. Stobox never takes a percentage of a raise, at any layer, at any point. There is no email wall on any page of this site. ## What is true, and what is not - Stobox is a backer of ERC-7943, the permissioned token standard. It did not author it. - Gene Deyev, Founder and CEO of Stobox. Ross Shemeliak is Co-Founder. - Stobox is not a broker-dealer, not a transfer agent and not a law firm. Regulated activity happens with licensed partners. - There is no promise of liquidity. There is a path to secondary trading through licensed venues, and listing decisions rest with the venue. - Stobox has two tokens and they are different instruments. STBX is tokenized Class-C equity in Stobox Technologies Inc., a security on Arbitrum. STBU is a utility token issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd. on Base, at 0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd; it carries no ownership of Stobox, no yield, no dividend, no staking, no governance vote and no buy-back, and it trades in one public pool on Uniswap v4 against USDC. Stobox does not sell STBU and does not forecast, target or promise its price. ## STBU, the token Holders lose money by arriving at a contract that was switched off or at a pool that copies the name, so the identifiers come before the description. - Canonical contract: `0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd` on Base, chain id 8453, ERC-20. As a CAIP-19 asset id: `eip155:8453/erc20:0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd`. - Migration claim contract: `0xec5B3e512de13cb5DdFD84B2DF3167230F2e66a4` on Base. - The only pool deployed by the issuer: Uniswap v4 on Base, STBU against USDC, pool id `0x28bd1d1afcc57d766c5d1c5c38bd8beb376a0c98de719460cdcef60900f7b8b5`. Any other contract or pool carrying the STBU name was not deployed by Stobox Innovations Ltd. - Where to buy: from other holders in that public pool, with a wallet you control, on Uniswap or through https://stbu.stobox.io. Stobox Innovations Ltd. does not sell STBU and is not offering it for sale. There are no plans for a centralized exchange at this time. - Discontinued on 15 September 2026, not STBU, not migratable, still priced by some interfaces: Ethereum `0xa6422e3e219ee6d4c1b18895275fe43556fd50ed`; BNB Chain `0xb0c4080a8fa7afa11a09473f3be14d44af3f8743`; Polygon `0xcf403036bc139d30080d2cf0f5b48066f98191bb`; Arbitrum `0x1cb9bd2c6e7f4a7de3778547d46c8d4c22abc093`. Two of them are named "Stobox Token v.2" and "Stobox Token v.3", which reads as newer than the live token and is not. - Issuer: Stobox Innovations Ltd., a BVI Business Company, wholly owned by Stobox Technologies Inc. It is not licensed or registered with the BVI Financial Services Commission. - What it does, and where each of the two stands today: It may pay for services of the Stobox group at a 10% discount on the list price, for each service whose published terms allow payment in STBU, and no service has published such terms yet; and what a wallet trades through the Terminal is meant to count toward a badge tier that lowers the fee on its own swaps, between 1.00% and 0.10%. That is not switched on: the fee policy the hook reads is the zero address, which the hook’s own source treats as the ceiling for everyone, so every swap pays 1.00% today, whoever makes it. Nothing else. - What it is not: not equity, not a security, not a share, not a debt, not a payment instrument. No yield, no dividend, no staking, no governance vote, no buy-back. Stobox does not forecast, target or promise its price. The Stobox equity is a separate token, STBX, on Arbitrum. - Legacy claims: holders who burned before 15 September 2026 claim one for one on Base at https://stbu.stobox.io. Claims close 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Nobody has the authority to extend that date, and anything unclaimed after it is never minted. - Supply: contract cap 250,000,000 STBU, which no one can raise.
