What Stobox is

Who we are – and what we are not

Stobox is a technology provider that builds software and infrastructure for tokenizing real-world assets. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, exchange, or law firm, and we do not provide investment, legal, financial, or tax advice.

• Non-custodial. We never take custody of your assets, funds, or private keys, and we are never in the flow of funds.
• Regulated activity runs through licensed partners. Securities offerings are conducted by licensed broker-dealers; offering documents are finalized by issuers' counsel.
• No percentage of any offering. Stobox charges flat technology fees; any success fee on a raise is charged by the licensed broker-dealer.

By using Stobox websites and software you agree to use them lawfully, provide accurate information, and accept that the services are provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for your own wallet, keys, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.

• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.
• Stobox is not liable for your investment decisions or for third-party services (including licensed broker-dealers and blockchain networks).
• We may update the services and these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current terms.

We collect only what we need to provide the services – account details, usage data, and, where required for compliance, identity verification handled by specialized providers. For verification we rely on attestations: we read a verified yes/no, and do not store your raw identity documents.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• Identity verification is performed by third-party providers; on-chain attestations record the result, not your documents.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve. Analytics runs by default in privacy-reduced form (IP anonymization on, advertising signals off) and you can opt out at any time via Cookie preferences; marketing cookies load only after you opt in. We apply Google Consent Mode v2 and honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an automatic opt-out.

• Essential – required for the site to function and your consent choice; cannot be switched off.
• Analytics – measure traffic and improve content; aggregate and non-identifying. On by default; switched off the moment you opt out (or automatically via GPC).
• We do not use cookies to sell your data or build cross-site advertising profiles.

Compliance

AML, KYC & sanctions

Access to regulated products and offerings requires identity verification. Verification and screening are performed by specialized providers; for regulated offerings, eligibility is determined by the licensed broker-dealer.

• Identity (KYC) and, where relevant, business (KYB) verification is required before participating in regulated offerings.
• We rely on on-chain attestations: a verified result is recorded, not your raw identity documents.
• We screen against applicable sanctions and prohibited-jurisdiction lists; we do not serve restricted persons or territories.
• Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Your use of the site

Intellectual property & acceptable use

The Stobox name, logo, product names, software, and site content are owned by Stobox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You're granted a limited, revocable licence to use the site for its intended purpose.

• Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misrepresent the services, or use them for unlawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Where this applies

Jurisdiction & eligibility

Availability of Stobox products and any offerings depends on your location and status. Nothing on this site is directed to any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law.

• Regulated securities offerings are available only to eligible investors, through licensed channels, and only where permitted.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
• Some products and tokens may not be available in your jurisdiction.

Who you're dealing with

Corporate structure

Stobox operates through a group of companies, each with a defined role. The Stobox technology platform is provided by the Stobox group; regulated securities are issued and distributed through the appropriate licensed entities and partners.

• Stobox Technologies – develops and provides the tokenization software and platform.
• Raisable – the capital-raising product, working alongside licensed broker-dealers.
• Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd – the issuer associated with STBX, the Stobox security token.
• Stobox Innovations Ltd – the issuer associated with STBU, the Stobox utility token.
• Regulated sales are conducted by licensed broker-dealers (e.g., tZERO, Texture Capital, Silicon Prairie), not by Stobox.

Entity names and roles are indicative; the official Offering Documents and agreements govern.
