Score your assetRegisterAsk

A readiness score you can check yourself.

Twenty-five questions across seven dimensions, and one number out of a hundred at the end. Every option carries its published weight as you answer it, and the result screen shows the working, so you can check the number rather than take it.

How it is calculated

Five steps, and every one of them can be redone by hand.

01

Answer twenty-five questions across seven axes

Legal and Compliance 4, Asset Quality 5, Technology and Protocol 4, Transparency 3, Liquidity and Markets 3, Governance 3 and Risk Mitigation 3.

What it meansYou see every option before you choose it.

02

Every option carries a published weight

From 0 to 10, printed next to the option. Where a question allows several answers, the ticked weights are averaged. Not sure yet leaves the question unanswered; it never counts as a zero.

What it meansThe weights are public, so the number can be redone by hand.

03

Each axis is the average of its answered weights, times ten

So every axis lands between 0 and 100, rounded to a whole number. An axis with nothing answered is left out rather than scored.

What it meansSeven axes, drawn as a shape.

04

The overall score is the average of the axes

The mean of every axis that has at least one answer, rounded. Two averages and a multiplication, which is why it can be redone by hand.

What it meansOne number out of 100.

05

The number is read against three bands

70 and above is High Readiness, 50 to 69 is Moderate Readiness, below 50 is Early Stage. The two weakest axes are named whichever band you land in.

What it meansA band is a reading, not a second calculation.

Seven axes

One score, seven directions.

Each axis names what it asks and the role that repairs a weak answer. Not one of those roles is Stobox.

Legal and Compliance

Whether the entity, the exemption and the investor rules are settled, or still a plan.

4 questions · fixed bysecurities counsel, in a written opinion

Asset Quality

Whether the thing itself is worth what you say, and whether anyone independent has checked.

5 questions · fixed byan independent appraiser or auditor

Technology and Protocol

Whether the contract and the custody arrangement would survive somebody looking at them properly.

4 questions · fixed byan independent contract audit firm, and a custodian

Transparency

Whether your numbers can be produced on demand, in a form somebody outside the company can read.

3 questions · fixed byyour accountant

Liquidity and Markets

Whether there is a route to a buyer, or only a hope of one.

3 questions · fixed bya licensed broker-dealer or placement agent

Governance

Whether the rules that bind the asset are written down and enforceable by someone other than you.

3 questions · fixed bya corporate lawyer, and a transfer agent

Risk Mitigation

What happens when something goes wrong, decided before it does.

3 questions · fixed byan insurance broker, and an escrow agent

Why the counts differ.

Five questions on one axis and three on another is deliberate: the axes that sink a deal most often carry more of them. A skipped question counts as unanswered rather than as a zero.

Questions

Answered briefly.

You sell tokenization. Why would I trust your score?

You should not have to. Every weight is published before you answer anything, the arithmetic is two averages and a multiplication. Redo it by hand and see whether you get our number. That is the whole design.

Is a low score a sales pitch for your services?

Every one of the seven axes is repaired by a firm that is not us: counsel, auditors, brokers, insurers. The report names the role for each weak answer, and it says so when the role is not Stobox.

What stops me answering optimistically?

Nothing, and the score says so out loud: self-reported and unverified. The number is worth what your honesty is worth. Where it matters, the licensed firm on the other side will ask for the document.

Twenty-five questions cannot cover a real asset.

Correct. Twenty-five questions find the gaps that stop most deals; they are not diligence and they do not pretend to be. What they buy you is knowing which two axes to spend money on before anyone else looks.

Does a high score mean I will get listed?

No. Listing decisions rest solely with the venue, and no score obliges anyone to accept anything. A high score means the package is unlikely to be sent back for a structural reason.

Is this an AXIS asset rating?

No. This is a readiness assessment of your own answers. It is not a rating, it is not an opinion on value, and it is not advice of any kind.

What happens to my answers?

They stay in your browser, under the key stobox.axis25.v1, until you ask for the written report. That promise is checkable: open the network tab and run the whole thing.

Will the weights change under me?

Only in a numbered release of the bank. The current one is bank-2026.09, it is printed next to your result, and an old run keeps the version it was scored under.
