The New Stobox: One System to Organize, Raise, and Tokenize

The New Stobox: One System to Organize, Raise, and Tokenize

Why we rebuilt Stobox

Most teams that want to tokenize an asset hit the same wall. The work is not one job; it is three. You have to organize the asset into a clean, verifiable record. You have to structure and run a compliant raise. And you have to issue the token, manage the cap table, and keep an audit trail on-chain. Until now, each of those steps lived in a different tool, a different spreadsheet, and often a different vendor. The hand-offs were where deals stalled.

We have operated in tokenization since 2018. Over that time we have supported more than $300M in assets, worked with 100+ clients across 20+ jurisdictions on four continents, and backed the ERC-7943 (uRWA) standard. The pattern was consistent: the friction was rarely the smart contract. It was everything upstream of it.

So we rebuilt Stobox as a single system. Three products — Stobox Intelligence, Raisable, and Stobox Compass — running on one intelligence core, so a fact you confirm once carries through the entire lifecycle.

One record, verified once, that travels from organizing the asset to raising against it to tokenizing it — without being re-keyed three times.

The numbers behind the rebuild

Four figures anchor the decision. We have been building since 2018. We have supported $300M+ in assets. We work with 100+ clients across 20+ jurisdictions on four continents. Those are not projections; they are the operating record that told us where the workflow broke and what to consolidate.

How the stack fits together

Think of it as three nodes on one line: Organize → Raise → Tokenize, sitting on a single intelligence core.

Organize — Stobox Intelligence. This is the canonical record for the asset. It captures ownership, documents, and structure, and runs the AXIS readiness assessment so you know what still needs fixing before you approach a raise. Worked example: a mid-market real estate holding company loads its title documents, entity structure, and existing debt. Intelligence flags that two subsidiaries share overlapping collateral — a problem you would much rather find now than during due diligence.

Raise — Raisable. This turns the organized record into offering documents structured under the exemption that fits your case — Reg D, Reg CF, Reg A+, or Reg S. Because it reads from the same core, the issuer, asset, and ownership details already sit in place. Worked example: the same holding company decides a Reg D 506(c) offering to accredited investors is the right path; the entity and asset data flow straight into the offering package rather than being re-entered.

Tokenize — Stobox Compass. This handles issuance, the cap table, and the On-Chain Asset Passport — a verifiable, on-chain record of the asset and its holders. Worked example: once the raise closes, Compass mints the tokens against the finalized cap table, and every subsequent transfer updates the passport, so the register and the chain never drift apart.

The point of the shared core is simple: you confirm a fact once. The entity name you verify in Intelligence is the entity name on the Raisable offering docs and the issuer on the Compass cap table. No re-keying, no version mismatch, no reconciliation at the end.

Start with the AXIS Readiness Score

The front door is free. The AXIS Readiness Score asks a short set of questions about your asset and structure and returns a score with a tier label, so you can see where you stand before committing to anything.

The interactive preview here is illustrative only. It is not investment advice and does not guarantee eligibility to raise or tokenize. It exists to show, in plain terms, which parts of your setup are ready and which need work — for example, whether your ownership records are clean, whether your entity structure supports an offering, and whether your documentation would survive diligence.

What this changes for you

The value is not a longer feature list. It is fewer places for a deal to fall apart.

One record means your data does not degrade as it moves between stages. One assessment means you know your gaps before you spend on structuring. One passport means the on-chain record and the legal register stay in agreement after issuance. And because Stobox does not act as a broker-dealer or law firm, the parts that must be handled by licensed parties — securities distribution and legal structuring — are handled by licensed broker-dealers and independent counsel, while the workflow that connects them stays in one place.

The market this sits inside

The tokenized real-world asset market is projected to reach approximately $18.9 trillion by 2033, according to a Ripple and BCG estimate. That is a third-party projection, not a Stobox forecast, and we cite it only to size the context. Whether the figure lands high or low, the operational problem is the same today: assets still have to be organized, raised against, and issued correctly. That is the work the new Stobox is built to do.
