STBU · the Stobox token on Base
STBU is live on Base, and every figure on this page is read from the chain.
STBU is the utility token of Stobox, issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd. It carries no ownership of Stobox and earns nothing by being held. It lives on one contract on Base and trades in one public pool on Uniswap v4. If you burned legacy STBU before the window closed, your claim is open until 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC, and after that instant it is gone.

The pool
One pool, read rather than described.
STBU trades in a single public pool on Uniswap v4 on Base, against USDC. The figures below are read from that pool and carry the time they were read. Stobox does not set, quote or promise a price.

Between them they hold $12.92 of liquidity against the pool above. A swap routed into one of them is a swap at a price nobody is maintaining. The only pool Stobox Innovations Ltd. deployed is 0x28bd1d1afcc57d766c5d1c5c38bd8beb376a0c98de719460cdcef60900f7b8b5. Check the address before you trade, and remember that Stobox never sends you the first message and never asks for a seed phrase or a private key. What those pools pay out, and three checks before you trade.
Every figure above was read from the pool at the time stamped on this panel and is refreshed on a schedule, so it is either current or the page says when it was last read. It is what a public market traded at, not a price Stobox sets, quotes, targets or promises. Stobox Innovations Ltd. deployed this pool and supplies the liquidity in it, and the position is built to sell STBU as the price rises, so the company is a seller into the pool and not only a supporter of it.

The claim
The deadline is the whole story.
Legacy STBU that was burned before the window closed is claimed one for one on Base. That claim closes on 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC and nobody has the authority to move it.

Open the STBU portal
Go to stbu.stobox.io and connect the wallet that burned your legacy STBU. It is the same login as app.stobox.io.
- 2
Check the amount recorded against your wallet
The portal shows the amount from the burn you made on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon or Arbitrum, as the indexer credited it.
- 3
Claim on Base
Sign the claim. The same wallet receives the same amount of STBU on Base. You pay the Base network gas; Stobox charges no fee and takes custody at no point.
Nothing here is sent to Stobox and nobody takes custody at any point. If your balance was in a closed Stobox 4 account, that is a different route: sign in at stbu.stobox.io with your Stobox 4 email and send the request by 15 December 2026.
In short
Four answers, before anything else.
What STBU is, where it lives, how to get it and what it is not. The rest of the page expands on these.
01
What it is
The utility token of Stobox, issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd., a BVI Business Company. It pays for Stobox services at a 10% discount, for each service whose published terms allow it. Holding it earns nothing.
02
Which chain
Base, one contract. It replaced the four legacy contracts on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon and Arbitrum on 15 September 2026. Only that contract is STBU.
03
How to get it
Claim what you burned, until 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Or buy from other holders in the public pool. Stobox does not sell STBU.
04
What it is not
Not a security, not a share in Stobox, not a debt and not a claim on the pool or the reserve. The equity is a different token, STBX.
Two doors
Claim what you burned, or buy from another holder.
There is no third route. Stobox Innovations Ltd. does not sell STBU and is not offering it for sale. Your keys stay yours either way.
If you burned legacy STBU
Claimone for one, on Base
stbu.stobox.ioConnect the same wallet that burned and claim the same amount. A self-custodial software interface: it holds nothing of yours. You pay the gas. Same login as app.stobox.io for a Stobox 4 balance.

What happened
Four dates, one of them still ahead of you.
Legacy STBU moved to Base by burn and claim, one for one, with no bridge and no custody by Stobox at any point.
The burn window
Legacy holders sent STBU to the burn address on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon or Arbitrum. The indexer credited 172,793,359 STBU across 321 wallets. The window closed at 00:00 UTC on 15 September and does not reopen.
Claims opened on Base
The same wallet that burned claims the same amount on the Base contract, at stbu.stobox.io. Gas is paid by the wallet claiming. Nothing is sent to Stobox and nobody takes custody at any point.
The pool opened
One public pool on Uniswap v4 on Base, seeded with STBU from an approved allocation claimed through the same claim contract every holder uses. It is not a separate mint and it counts toward the issuance.
Claims close, for good
23:59 UTC. The company cannot move or extend that date and nobody has the authority to. Anything unclaimed is never minted and goes to no one. The minting authority is revoked immediately afterwards, in the first hours of 1 January 2027 UTC.
Step by step, with screenshots of each transaction: how to migrate STBU to Base.
Read this before you claim or buy
What STBU is not.
This is the part most token pages leave out. It is the same text the issuer publishes in its own disclosures, and it is here in full rather than in a document nobody opens.
Not a share, not membership
Holding STBU does not make you a member or shareholder of Stobox Innovations Ltd. You are not in its register of members and you have none of a member’s rights: no vote, no dividend, no access to company records, no member’s remedy.
Not a debt and not a claim
STBU is not a deposit and not a claim against the issuer. You are not its creditor. There is no right to require repurchase, redemption or exchange for money, and no buy back, exchange or compensation programme exists.
Not a right to convert
No holder has any right to convert STBU into STBX, into shares of any company, or into any other instrument, and none is offered under these terms.
Not an obligation of the parent
STBU is issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd. alone. Stobox Technologies Inc. does not issue, guarantee or stand behind it, and no other company in the group does.
Not a share of the pool, the reserve or the fees
The liquidity position and the reserve are the property of Stobox Innovations Ltd. STBU gives you no interest in them, no share of the fees they earn and no claim on them.
Its liquidity is not independent of us
The pool on Uniswap v4 was deployed by Stobox Innovations Ltd., and Stobox Innovations Ltd. supplies the liquidity in it. The position is built to sell STBU as the price rises, so the company is a seller into the pool and not only a supporter of it. Providing liquidity today is not an undertaking to maintain a market, a price or a floor, and the position may be reduced, adjusted or withdrawn at any time.
Not free of insider supply
3,500,000 STBU are allocated to the development wallet as payment for building the migration contracts, the portal and the Terminal. 6,000,000 STBU go to six members of the team, 1,000,000 each, as payment for services, and 1,000,000 STBU to the STO Foundation for marketing services and as a grant. There is no lock up. The team allocation is delivered in three parts, on 16 September, 15 November and 31 December 2026, and every part can be transferred from the minute it is delivered.
The supply figure is not the cap, and not a promise
The contract has a hard cap of 250,000,000 STBU that no one can raise. The issuance the company has determined is 216,563,456 STBU. That figure is set by a published resolution, not written into the contract, and the company keeps the legal right to issue up to the cap. What the Token Terms bind is the warning: no STBU is minted above 216,563,456 unless a resolution setting a new figure is published at least 30 days before the first such mint.
Not a price promise
Stobox does not forecast the price of STBU, does not target one, and does not promise that it will rise. Anyone who tells you Stobox guaranteed a price is not speaking for Stobox.
Not licensed, supervised or protected
Stobox Innovations Ltd. is not licensed or registered with the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission. STBU is covered by no deposit protection and no investor compensation scheme, anywhere. Registering a company in the British Virgin Islands is not approval of this token.
Not a payment instrument
STBU is not electronic money, not a stablecoin, not a payment instrument and not a money service.
We do not hold it for you
You hold your own keys. Stobox never holds them and never asks for them. The portal is a self-custodial software interface and the pool is a public smart contract.
As at 18 September 2026, no one has paid for a Stobox service with STBU. The discount is published and available; it has not yet been used. That sentence is checked by a person and dated by hand, not by the build: the page is rebuilt every morning to re-read the chain, and a claim about what has happened is not something a rebuild can verify.

STBU is a utility token, not a security, a share, a debt or an investment. It carries no ownership of Stobox, no yield, no dividend, no vote and no right to any payment, and nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or financial, legal or tax advice. No regulator has approved STBU or this page, and token rules differ from country to country. Stobox Innovations Ltd. does not sell STBU: it is claimed by migration or allocated at the issuer’s discretion, and anyone acquiring it otherwise acquires it from other holders in public pools the company neither operates nor controls. Burning is permanent and irreversible. Only ever use stbu.stobox.io; Stobox will never message you first or ask for your seed phrase or private key. Figures are read from the chain, the pool and the claims ledger, and dated. Your contract with Stobox Innovations Ltd. is governed by the law of the British Virgin Islands and disputes are resolved by arbitration in Tortola. The STBU Token Terms and the Terminal Terms of Use govern if anything here reads differently.

Minted is what each contract issued. Burned is the balance held at the dead and zero addresses, read directly from each contract. Outstanding is the difference. It is a reading of the contracts now, not the migration figure: 92,669,716 legacy STBU was unburned at the instant the window closed on 15 September, and people have kept burning since. Those later burns retire the token but earn no claim, so this total keeps falling below the migration figure and neither number corrects the other.
All three contracts are verified on BaseScan and independently in Sourcify, and a static analysis of them is published in full at the static analysis report, with its limits stated rather than implied.
Who may not claim, hold or use STBU
The rule, and its limits.
Two different things happen around STBU and the rules are not the same for both. This is the rule for our software and for your contract with us.
What we control
The migration portal and the Stobox Terminal are our software. We decide who we serve there.
What we do not control
The STBU pool on Base is a public smart contract. Anyone with a wallet can trade it through any interface, with no involvement from us. We cannot stop that and we do not claim to. The rule below is a term of your contract with us and of access to our software. It is not a filter on the blockchain.
The restriction
You may not acquire, claim, hold or use STBU if you are, or act for, a person named on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the United States or the European Union, wherever you are located; or if you are located in or ordinarily resident of a restricted jurisdiction. The restricted jurisdictions are published in the Terminal with a version and a date. Nationality is not a test. You also may not use the portal or the Terminal if you are under 18, cannot legally enter a contract where you live, or if holding or using STBU is against the law that applies to you.
What we check, and only this
The wallet you connect is checked against the digital currency addresses published by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control on its Specially Designated Nationals list, and against the Chainalysis sanctions oracle contract on Base. The country your IP address resolves to and the time zone your browser reports are read on our servers. Before a restricted action we also ask you to confirm your position yourself, and a confirmation never overrides a technical signal.
What these checks are not
They are signals, not verification. We do not verify your identity, your residence or your nationality, we run no name, politically exposed person or adverse media screening, and we do not monitor you after a check. Passing one is not our confirmation that you are eligible and is not advice that holding or using STBU is lawful where you live. Where a check cannot be completed, the action is refused.
A false confirmation breaks the Terminal Terms of Use and may break the law, and so does using a VPN or any other method to get past a restriction. We may refuse our software to a wallet that does either, and we keep a record of confirmations and refusals with the wallet address and the date.

Straight answers
The questions that decide it.
What is STBU?
STBU is the utility token of Stobox, issued by Stobox Innovations Ltd., a BVI Business Company number 2098354. It carries no ownership of Stobox. Since 15 September 2026 it lives on one contract on Base, at 0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd.
Which blockchain is STBU on?
Base. The four legacy contracts on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon and Arbitrum were discontinued on 15 September 2026 and are not supported. Only the Base contract is STBU.
Where does STBU trade?
In one public pool on Uniswap v4 on Base, against USDC. The pool has been live since 16 September 2026. Its address is on this page, and the figures above are read from it. There are no plans for a centralized exchange at this time.
Where do I buy STBU?
In one public pool on Uniswap v4 on Base, STBU against USDC, with a wallet you control, on Uniswap or through stbu.stobox.io. The pool id is 0x28bd1d1afcc57d766c5d1c5c38bd8beb376a0c98de719460cdcef60900f7b8b5. Stobox Innovations Ltd. does not sell STBU and is not offering it for sale: STBU is claimed by migration or allocated at the issuer’s discretion, and anyone acquiring it otherwise acquires it from other holders in a public pool we neither operate nor control. More than one pool on Base carries the STBU name, so read how to tell ours from the ones that copy its name before a first trade.
Is STBU on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon or Arbitrum?
No. It was on all four until 15 September 2026 and it is on none of them now. Those four contracts were discontinued on that date and are not supported. Some interfaces still display a price for them, and two of them are still named “Stobox Token v.2” and “Stobox Token v.3”, which reads as newer than the live token and is not. Nothing bought on those four contracts can be migrated. STBU is on Base, at 0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd.
Which STBU contract is the real one?
0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd on Base, chain id 8453. As a CAIP-19 asset id, eip155:8453/erc20:0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd. Compare the whole string rather than the first four characters: anyone can deploy a token called STBU. The source is verified on BaseScan and independently in Sourcify.
Has the STBU contract been audited?
No independent third-party security audit has been published, and describing what exists as one would be wrong. What is published is a static analysis run: Slither 0.11.6 against sources pulled from the verified contracts on chain, 102 detectors across two compiler profiles, zero high and zero medium severity results in code written by Stobox, every result named and answered, with the limits of the method stated in full. It is published at the static analysis report.
I burned legacy STBU and have not claimed. What now?
Go to stbu.stobox.io with the wallet that burned and claim. The claim closes on 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC, it cannot be extended for anyone, and anything unclaimed after that instant is never minted. You pay the gas yourself.
I did not burn before the window closed. Can I still migrate?
No. 92,669,716 legacy STBU was not burned before 15 September 2026 at 00:00 UTC. It does not migrate, is not exchanged, bought back or compensated, and buys no Stobox service. It also stays untouchable: nobody, Stobox included, can burn, freeze, seize or move it in your wallet.
My balance was in a closed Stobox 4 account.
That is a separate route, in section 7.2 of the Token Terms. Sign in at stbu.stobox.io with your Stobox 4 email and send the request by 15 December 2026.
Where do I find the official addresses?
The token on Base is 0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd, the claim contract is 0xec5B3e512de13cb5DdFD84B2DF3167230F2e66a4, and the pool is the one named on this page with a link to Uniswap. Use no other source. More than one pool exists on Base for this token and only the one published here was deployed by the issuer.
What can I do with STBU?
Two things. It may be used to pay for services of the Stobox group at a 10% discount on the list price, for each service whose published terms allow payment in STBU. And what a wallet trades through the Terminal counts toward its badge tier, which sets the fee rate the Terminal applies to that wallet’s own swaps. A badge tier is a discount on our fee and nothing else. Liquidity you supply to any pool counts toward no badge tier.
Does holding STBU earn anything?
No. There is no yield, no dividend, no staking, no governance vote and no buy back. Holding STBU by itself earns nothing.
How many STBU exist?
The contract cap is 250,000,000 STBU. The issuance Stobox Innovations has determined is 216,563,456 STBU; raising it would need a resolution published 30 days before any mint relies on it, and the minting authority is revoked immediately after claims close, in the first hours of 1 January 2027 UTC. What exists today is read from the chain and shown above.
Is STBU a security?
No. STBU is a utility token, not a security, a share, a debt or an investment. It carries no ownership of Stobox, no yield, no dividend, no vote and no right to any payment, and the issuer does not sell it. No regulator has approved STBU or this page. Token rules differ from country to country, and nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice or an opinion on how STBU is treated where you live.
Is STBU equity in Stobox?
No. STBX is the equity: tokenized Class-C shares in Stobox Technologies Inc., a regulated security on Arbitrum, a separate instrument under separate documents.
Who administers the contracts?
A Safe multisig at 0xDD7B82eBD733458220B90c1f98Cc7EBFd1cb4372, which is the admin of the token and of the migration claim contract. It is on Base and you can read its transactions yourself.
