Stobox turns private companies and real assets into structured, fundable, tokenizable securities. $305M+ assets supported, 100+ clients, 20+ jurisdictions. Flat fees, never a percentage of the raise.

Ownership of any real asset as easy to issue, hold and transfer as a message.
For people, and for the software acting on their behalf. Within the law, not around it. We replace the plumbing, not the rules: the hard part was never the token, it was getting the record and the structure right first. Each product is sold separately and used together. Stobox is a technology provider; regulated activity runs through licensed partners.
One canonical, verifiable company record, scored against what investors, lenders and auditors expect.
About Intelligence →An offering prepared from that record and sold through licensed broker-dealer partners. Never a percentage of your raise.
About Raisable →A compliant tokenized security with an on-chain registry. Non-custodial, software-only.
About Compass →
From the first line of code to one stack on one core. Every era links to the public record: the posts, the releases and the partners behind it.

The market starts listening.
When the market crashed, Stobox shipped.
Soulbound, restructured, scaling the platform.
The platform the market was waiting for.
Live assets, real clients, real capital.
Organize. Raise. Tokenize.
The last two are how we work with the software that increasingly acts for people.
We encode the rules into the asset and route regulated activity through licensed partners. We never pretend securities law does not apply.
Stobox is non-custodial: never in the flow of funds, never holding your assets. Self-custody is the default, not an upgrade.
Flat technology fees only. Any success fee on capital raised runs through the licensed broker-dealer, never us.
We build on open, finalized standards like ERC-7943 so issuers are never trapped in a proprietary format.
Every fact about an asset carries its source document. Every rule sits inside the instrument, where software can check it.
Machine access is read-only by default. Anything that moves value happens only under an explicit, bounded mandate: allowlist, caps, expiry, a kill switch.

Sophia is Gene Deyev Intelligence: the Intelligence Gene builds and works with every day. She keeps the company’s record, every fact linked to its source, so the whole team works from one version of the truth.
Everything she prepares is built for the team: the reports, plans and filings that colleagues, partners and investors rely on, and can check. And she does not work alone: she calls in specialist agents, each with one job, across the legal desk, engineering and operations.
They are software: they prepare and check, licensed counsel signs. Stobox is not a law firm.
US securities law, exemptions, and what may be said in public about a token or an offering.
BVI company law, director duties, and the regulatory perimeter around a token arrangement.
Resolutions, share issuance, vesting, the register and the cap table, ready for e-signature.
Reads each corporate document as a minority holder, a future investor and the company would.
Checks every number, date and legal basis against the register and the source, and issues one reconciled version.
Proofreads the layout of legal and corporate documents page by page: tables, signature blocks, fields.
Reads contracts on Base and Arbitrum and Safe batches before anyone signs. Analyses; never broadcasts a transaction.
Turns a change into a step-by-step plan, names the critical files and weighs the trade-offs before code is written.
Sweeps a codebase for where something lives and how it is wired, and reports the conclusion rather than the file dump.
Builds and refines interfaces and landing pages, then checks them against the rendered page.
Reviews every diff for correctness bugs and simplification before it is merged.
Reads changes for access, secrets and isolation problems, and for what a change can leak.
Five reviewers for a live product: cycle, errors, security, interface and value, each with one lens, plus an architect and an orchestrator.
Works a hard question across many sources and files, and returns what it found with where it found it.
Audits pages for how AI answer engines cite them, and rewrites for citation inside the house rules.
Researches the week in tokenization against primary sources and drafts the RWA digest for review.
Generates and grades images in the house style, and checks every page on the brand system.
One per workstream. Each reviews open tasks against the journal and decides: close, keep, merge or park.
The morning list, the evening report, the controls and the month and quarter close run on a schedule, and leave a record of every run.
Merges the contour plans, catches conflicts, false deadlines and overloaded people, and builds the single plan.
What stays with people. The final word on price, hiring, legal positions and client negotiations, and anything sent outside the company, stays with the team.
